Project controlling
The project evaluation methodology with the remaining expenditure estimate (evaluation by degree of completion) allows Controlling to continuously evaluate the project. The comparison of planned data and actual values highlights potential risks. This can be used to gain learning effects for future projects. The frequency of the evaluation is based on your needs.
Financial controlling
Among other things, the tool shows the billing status, the status of customer invoices, accrued vendor invoices or project reserves. Costs and revenues are assessed in relation to the degree of completion.
Work planning and HR management
Staff utilization, resource planning for each project phase and (future) vacancies can be planned proactively.
